Ann Czaja is a Lindt Master Chocolatier and Senior Product Developer for Lindt & Sprüngli USA, the world's leading producer of premium chocolate. While living in Zürich, Switzerland for 14 years, Ann discovered her passion for confectionery and completed a traditional apprenticeship, earning credentials as a licensed pastry chef and chocolatier. She began her Lindt career at the company's Zürich Airport chocolate boutique, where she showcased the art of premium chocolate through live demonstrations and customer engagement.

Since joining Lindt USA in 2006, Ann has played a key role in product innovation while serving as a brand ambassador through chocolate tastings, pairing classes, culinary demonstrations, and educational programs. Originally from Alexandria, Virginia, she holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Syracuse University and the WSET Diploma in wine. Ann divides her time between New Hampshire and Virginia.
